Replace the Rain Cover for the XJS Wiper Motor When it Disintigrates
Courtesy of list member Wade Ramsey:The XJS has a plastic rain shield over the wiper motor. When this devil disintigrates, the motor is totally exposed to the elements and is very prone to burning out. The shield is relatively easy to replace, and the wiper motor is VERY expensive! We sell rebuilt wiper motors for every XJS. We sell them often so they have a high failure rate for sure. Contact us if you have determined that your XJS wiper motor needs to be replaced.
