17. Hydraulic System Mineral Oil (HSMO)
The 1988 and later XJ6 uses Hydraulic System Mineral Oil (HSMO). It's the green stuff in your hydraulic system. Only use Castrol (or Jaguar) HSMO. Never use industrial HSMO - it's too viscous, and never use pharmaceutical mineral oil - it's just plain wrong. Jagbits sells the correct mineral oil for your Jaguar. Be very careful if you buy it anywhere else. If you were to put the wrong type in your Jaguar you will have a ton of problems to deal with!
